Unshakeable is an engaging and empowering space for creatives of all backgrounds, with a commitment to BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and first- and second-generation individuals who face unique challenges in their industries. You’ll walk away with concrete, evidence-based skills from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)—so you can stop second-guessing yourself and start thriving in your craft.

This is not a group therapy session—this is a didactic skills-based training to help you replace outdated, unhelpful coping patterns with powerful, effective strategies.

CBT helps you reframe negative self-talk and shift your mindset. We’ll work on:
