FEES AND INSURANCE

Beginning therapy is a major step and it also an investment. It is an investment in your own personal growth and development. It is an investment into the improvement of your relationships. Making this type of commitment of time, energy, and money into creating healthy relationships and lowering levels of anxiety and worry will enable you to enjoy peace of mind in the future.

Therapy can be expensive but I always try to work with clients by accepting insurance and offering sliding scale options

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

After our initial 15 minute consultation, if you decide to work with me, we will meet for 50 minutes each week. This is required for at least 3 months so that we can learn about each other and develop a strong connection. Based on specific needs, we may meet more frequently (2x/week) or it may be possible, following the initial 3 month period for us to move to biweekly sessions or a virtual platform based on certain achievements within our plan.

Biweekly or virtual sessions may not be suitable for everyone and is determined on an individual basis.

FEES

Payment is due in full at the time of your appointment in the form of cash, credit card or debit card (unless otherwise arranged). I offer fees based on a sliding scale which is determined individually based on financial need. If you have insurance, and I am not in-network with your provider, I can provide you with a statement to submit to your insurance company for the purpose for submitting for out-of-network benefits. You must verify with your insurer if your plan has out-of-network coverage. Benefit offerings differ depending on the health insurance provider and your plan.
